I just started playing the campaign, finished scenario 1 and did not receive the shards that are needed to trade in at the armory so that I can continue to scenario 2. I waited a day to try scenario 1 again, but received pickled herring, still no shards. I cannot continue the campaign to scenario 2 without the shards. Ideas?
Also, I am not sure it makes sense to have a once a day timer on scenario 1 for just this reason. It is not likely that someone would spam scenario 1.
The Shards only drop on the first completion, so if you don't get it first time, replaying it won't spawn it sadly. Needs dev intervention - either in giving you the item or a reset - which is probably simpler.
Thanks. I started a new account so I could get by this stage. I would say this needs some help so that others don't get stuck after the first tutorial adventure.
