Thanks for linking that! Nothing really "new" in the interview - but I did find the thing about initially trying the 3D miniatures neat. For my tastes, I really enjoy the way they are heading graphically. Looking forward to Part 2!
Just curious - if you originally wanted the painted miniature look but the big companies wouldn't license to you, did you look at commissioning a sculptor or making your own out of "green stuff" or whatever it's called? Not that I mind the cardboard cutout aesthetic, though, it is really awesomely done, kudos to your artists.
