Where are the power balls?

    So I keep getting gear that requires power balls, but I have yet to even see one. So how do you find them?

    These are talent tokens. You will get them as your characters level up.

    I've got characters that are level 6 and already have gear that require them...so what good is it if I have to be level 10 before I can equip level 2 gear?

    The level of the gear doesn't really matter. What matters is the rarity and the cards which are one it. You will still have low level gear on high level characters. Not sure why low level gear has a talent token requirement, but the gear will be far from useless.
