Quick question, just to be sure. If I put different terrain attachment they are supposed to do their damage to big creature occupied 2x2 squares right? Let's say lava + fire or spike + lava, as long as it is different they both should do their respective damage right ? Couldn't find the post where they explained the new terrain attachment rules.
I wonder what the reasoning for going counter-clockwise was? Not that clock-wise would make much of a different here, but just curious if anyone knows why?
There isnt any clockwise direction. It's the orientation of the board. Consider the board as a grid with the origin (0,0) point at the very bottom. All global effect in the game always goes in the order of tiles from the bottom to the top Quote from the page I linked: Edit: I might be wrong with my interpretation, I think to imagine this, you rotate the board 45 degree to the right, than starting from the bottom rows, goes left to right, then on the next row, etc... all the way to the top
I've read the rule often, and know it. But I have always counted bottom/top/left/right from how it is presented (diagonally) Looking at the image now, that set of rules applies to the board if you flip it 45 degrees clockwise to be properly squared off. Which results in vastly different order of tile checking.
