Edit: I can't seem to edit the title, but the correct item is the level 11 epic Cleansing Diamond. I tried Cleansing Ray for the first time in Descent to the Core (11) in the Core Ritual Room. My cleric successfully removed an acid terrain tile from under by fighter (which was promptly replaced with lava by a geomancer later that turn, but that's besides the point!). However, upon cleansing the terrain tile, my cleric had no cards in hand. Copy of the log file shows that a Parry card was drawn, but it was not in my hand. Just tried this again in the Laboratory Room, same module, but it worked properly. This time I had 4 cards in my hand, cast Cleansing Ray, and received a card to replace it after casting. I will try to use it again in the Ritual Room and see what happens.
