Greetings After playing a while i've noticed two cards inparticular that really dont fit the game very well in my opinion. Whirlwind and Whirlwind enemy. Effects are too big with too little effort and too much luck involved. No line of sight required and the result can end the game very quickly in either way. i would remove then alltogether or atleast the range whould be limited to only few steps max. Impenetrable nimbus is really strong offensive or defensive card. It just doesnt sound right to toss it on your warrior which then can eat up any magic/melee dmg without harm while he goes on frenzied rampage on enemies. I'd like to see it as a card that halves any damage or have different nimbus for melee and magic. I figure purge is a good counter for nimbus but in my experience purge cards are seemingly rare to come by.

I really hope it gets changed before release. Although I do agree that nimbus is strong as hell, it's still counterable. Right now the most OP preist ability is talented healer, which has no real counter. You can counter nimbus not only through purge, but also: 1. You can avoid that character for one turn. 2. You can encumber that character for one turn. 3. A charecter can only hold 3 attachment cards. You can pile on other attachment cards and push nimbus off of him. For example, say they put up nimbus - you can put on two different freeze attachments and a fire attachement, and the nimbus will be pushed off. Talented healer cannot be counter in the same way because the healer is usually kept safe out of LoS, whereas when people play nimbus they go super aggressive making it easy to him that character with a few spells. Personally, I like to encumber that character and just wait a turn until it's over. I agree that mass nimbus with 3 different priests is pretty cheesy though. They can just sit on the point totally invincible. If you have a wizard, you can still move them off with telekinesis, winds of war, or whirlwind enemies (which itself is a cheese card).
