My God, after all this time, the mystery's been solved! Yeah, that Boot icon makes this card a lot clearer, though I probably still would have guessed that it countered a move rather than let you gain control of one. Crazy.
Fantastic. Okay, time for another round-up: we totaled up all known colors once upon a time, but now we're on to symbols for types of behaviour/action. These may be completely obvious (attack, move, et cetera), but if you can have a card react to anything, there merits some consideration of just how many ways you can tick off another player.
The star was an icon to indicate that this is a "special" reaction, i.e. not a block or armor, which are by far the most common. We've now broken those special reactions out into several sub-categories. At the moment I think we have blocks, armor, attack boosts (like Bash), move triggers and a few others that don't fit into any of those categories.
I usually tend to avoid the wizard class in most games because they are exactly like the warrior class except they have less speed, hit points, and defense as other classes; and have to use mana to do a decent attack. This card makes one think that the wizard class will actually be genuinely unique to what it brings to the game instead of just a fireball or lightning bolt attack. Good one team card hunter, very good one indeed.
