Good Day, I played last night and raised my characters levels to 6. However, I just logged on any my characters have lost all their experience from last night, however the items and campaigns I passed are accurate.
Are you replaying low level adventures? The module front page should have a message that looks like this: If you go to the keep or a higher level module your levels will be restored.
