Card Ideas

    Once, in a 1 HP quest I used a triple heals to face the enemy and hoped they blocked it and they did! So yes anything can be blocked that is not a reaction and comes from the other team. So reactions like barbed platemail can't be blocked and using attacks on your own team can't be blocked.

    First, I like all your card names. very creative. Ragdoll was particularly amusing.
    Just a minor thing: All the trait cards with a duration should say attach to self.

    Trait. Attach this card to yourself. When you take damage, add 2 to that damage. Slide back 2. Duration 1.

    P.S. Glad you like the names of my cards. Some of them I actually name after some songs I know and turn them into cards.

    Everytime you recieve damage, all adjacent characters recieve 1 Unpreventable acid damage

    Ball of Tar

    Magic attack - Type arcane
    Range 6 - Damage 2
    Encumber 2 - Duration 2
    Create and attach a Combustible card to target

    @WexMajor, man that sounds like a nasty card to be anywhere near ally or enemy otherwise. Kinda sounds like going against Acidic Reptile in Mortal Kombat X

    That's who I meant! Though had the right idea since they are both have acid in their blood.

    Add 1 to your block rolls. Keep. Reduce the range of all your attacks to 1. Keep.

    (We have a drawback attacks, moves, and armor that sits in your hand. I thought I'd add a drawback boost, block, assist, or utility.)

    Whenever you play a move card place yourself on a random square within two squares. Set your facing randomly.

    Edit: this shouldn't be utility but rather movement. Back to the drawing board on making a black utility besides prestidigitation.

    Make this Mandatory Action and then it would be Tar quality.

    Trait. Attach this card to yourself. At the start of each round take 5 Psychic damage. Whenerver you deal damage to an enemy reduce this card's duration by 1. Duration 2.

    @tolkien and @Vlamona amona this are very intresting card ideas. I'm not so big on the drop of a random card because that can ruin any stratagy unless you play it right and the the idea of having a handicap card that rids itself if you deal the enemy damage is definetly a step up to me.

    You can play your block cards on attacks you don't face.

    That is not what he is asking.
    Good question, to be drawback it would need to force you to lose something, like health, cards, slows you down, positioning etc. I think that hit the deck should be a drawback since it does halt you. To get the other part it needs the said component, so to be a drawback move it would need to make you lose something like slowed, and allow you to move also like slowed.
