Once, in a 1 HP quest I used a triple heals to face the enemy and hoped they blocked it and they did! So yes anything can be blocked that is not a reaction and comes from the other team. So reactions like barbed platemail can't be blocked and using attacks on your own team can't be blocked.
@wereviper First, I like all your card names. very creative. Ragdoll was particularly amusing. Just a minor thing: All the trait cards with a duration should say attach to self.

@tolkien and @Vlamona amona this are very intresting card ideas. I'm not so big on the drop of a random card because that can ruin any stratagy unless you play it right and the the idea of having a handicap card that rids itself if you deal the enemy damage is definetly a step up to me.

@timeracers what qualifies something for drawback hybridization? Jarring Block and Hit The Deck aren't. Backbiting Strike and Berserk Spin aren't.
Do you mean of Tar quality? If so, I believe Weak Strike is Tar. Remember, Unreliable Block is Paper, so a block would need to be worse to be Tar.
Combat Reflexes Boost You can play your block cards on attacks you don't face. Discard this card after you succesfuly block an attack you don't face.
That is not what he is asking. Good question, to be drawback it would need to force you to lose something, like health, cards, slows you down, positioning etc. I think that hit the deck should be a drawback since it does halt you. To get the other part it needs the said component, so to be a drawback move it would need to make you lose something like slowed, and allow you to move also like slowed.
