Smoke does not remove difficult terrain?

    Does smoke remove difficult terrain? From what I know it did before but it seems now it does not, at least on Barrel league map.

    It should. Unless you have Hover attached to you, in which case you ignore the smoke and have to stop on difficult squares.

    It's strange because few days ago I couldn't move my wiz but as I tested today it was all fine.
