Hi, everyone. Um. Those who remember me. Seems I'm doing my semi-annual "I just noticed something about Card Hunter so I'll try posting on the forums" post. Guess what? I remember my password! So some years ago, when this forum had a hundredth of the posts, I made this observation about a development interview: Later, though, I observed this: What's my point? Well, we know Card Hunter showed up in a Humble Bundle last year. And this morning I saw Card Hunter live for everyone: http://www.humblebundle.com/store/card-hunter-basic-edition Oh yeah, relive that classic trailer goodness. And if you missed any of the expansion trailers, they're all online: http://www.humblebundle.com/store/card-hunter-attack-of-the-artifacts http://www.humblebundle.com/store/card-hunter-expedition-to-the-sky-citadel http://www.humblebundle.com/store/card-hunter-acquisitions-incorporated When it launched, I had no idea how long Card Hunter was going to last. Maybe it would collapse after a year and the webspace would go down. Now it has a space in distribution platforms (just as it does our hearts, awwwwww), probably heaps of wishlists, and the electronic memory of the gaming world. You go, Card Hunter! One of these months I'll probably cash in on my pizza, get Club membership, and plough through all the recent content. It still looks awesome.
Yeah, cardhunter is in my horribly incompetent and unskilled opinion one of the best games ever made, I honestly can't find a legitament fault in the game even if I do complain slightly in world chat about some elements but nothing is ever perfect. I never spend money on online games but I have dropped almost fifty dollars on this one and I don't regret a thing. The ONLY thing I have an issue with is the easily abusable report system allowing users to gang up on someone to mass report them.
