    Yes

    Addressing your second 'point' (do not know how to capture it):
    1. Card would be Paper, not Gold.
    2. Bloodlust must heal (feed) upon blood of others (vampire theme).

    You forgot duration.

    Anoint

    Magic assist - Type holy
    Range 1 - Heal 4
    Attach to target - Duration 2
    Add 1 to any damage the chatacter deals, lower by 1 all damage the character recieves.

    Right, I forgot pure boost exist.

    Grit (Warrior card)

    When your HP goes below 1 instead it becomes 5

    Warp Space (Wizard card)

    Boost
    All your ranged cards increase their range by 1

    Last Blessing (Priest card)

    Boost
    When you die, all your allies heal 7

    I'd say Upgrade is rightly Human but Enchantment should be an Elf racial - the dwarf equivalent would be Drunk Science.

    Range several Km - Damage High enough, you won't worry about pain
    Immediately
    You know what happens to a toad struck by lightning?

    When you take Electrical damage, add 2 to that damage. Keep.

    Ok, I just got a weird idea. You know those move cards with unblockable on them?
    This presumes we could somehow block others movements. But there are no cards for that (as far as I know). So...

    Restrain

    Block movement roll 3+
    If a character adjacent to you moves roll to block

    Weaken Legs

    Block movement 5+/ magic assist
    Range 3
    ---0---
    Target discards the 2 oldest move cards in hand
