I kinda ran out of steam (and recommendations), but I'm back now watching Aria. I'm not sure I'll take it all the way through four(?) seasons because it's kinda slow (not mellow, like Mushishi or Natsuume, just slow). For now it's good enough, and I have no trouble stringing it out over a couple weeks. Queued up: Ayakashi + Mononoke Hotarubi no Mori e Kino's Journey (?) Zettai Shounen (?)
I just watched Mononoke. It's great. Second to last arc is best. Kino's Journey would be amazing if it weren't for the ****ing motorcycle.
Highly recommend the Psycho Pass series (animes and movie, including recent) for sci-fi/crime/thriller lovers. Incidentally, this series is also written by Gen Urobuchi-san...responsible for fate/zero, aldnoah zero. The quality and styles are unmistakable. Enjoy !
