Its possible to beat 30 sec's, the fastest possible would be about 3/4 secs.

We'll see. I actually had my last move ready for midnight exactly, and my understanding is that you can even finish the adventure and just wait for x:00 to click "Collect Loot"...but I'm always afraid to try it. I remember at least one time that I finished just a few seconds too early to catch the fairy, who turned out to be there after all, even though my computer clock indicated that it was after x:00 when I finished. So now I always wait at least 30 seconds, just to be safe.
