Petition for Administrative Functions inside of Guilds

The Proposal

  • Administrative Functions Requested for Guild Leaders

1. Give permission to recruit new guild members
2. Give permission to bestow titles/ceremonies
3. Give permission to remove members
4. (OPTIONAL)
   Leadership is passed to highest contributing member after leader is inactive for 6 months

• Intended Results

1. Right now, the leader has to be online to recruit a member, if they live in a different timezone than the recruit it can make things difficult
2. An entire guild can fall into disrepair if the leader goes inactive, new members cannot be recruited
3. If a guild has contribution requirements, then a member who is abusing the ranking system by tanking cannot be removed without the leader.

A guild member can launch a coup, however, if the leader is inactive for more than 10 days.
