I have the perfect remedy: Heavy Armor, Ill-fitting Armor, Greater Heal. Level 8 common. Ok now for more serious suggestions: Heavy Armor, Ill-fitting Armor, Heal. Level 5 common. Heavy Armor, Heavy Armor, Greater Heal. Level 13 common.
Hmmm. I see that there's a Parrying Strike with 8 damage and 50% block melee that's not on any item. If there were a lower-damage version (4?), that might make sense for a main-gauche -- a couple of parrying strikes, a pair of normal parries, and a couple of dancing cuts. It'd be quite low-damage for a weapon, and terrible against wizards, but rather decent at annoying enemy warriors (and, the wielder hopes, drawing higher-damage cards in the process).
Oh, another silly-themed idea that I need to write out before it drives me (more) crazy: "Hell Toupee" - Arcane item - Ostentatious but poorly-designed rug of golden locks... - Firestorm - Volcano - Combustible (which would apparently be level 6, tokenless, epic). /notsrsbsns
In the live file the order of rating is: General, Warrior, Priest, Wizard, dwarf, elf, human. If a slot is for one class or race then use that rating If a slot is for multiple classes then use the highest of ratings among them Quick Draw uses the general rating only
Lvl 8.5 (rounded to lvl 8) use 1 token (). See for example Atchocl's Spear, Dangerous Club & Maquah Of Ancient Blood.
i see, i just saw the "dont discuss items in this thread" in the discussion thread. I'll delete the post.
Star Heal Armor, Divine Armor LVL 22, Major Token , Epic Cushioning Armor Reliable Mail Greater Heal There any Bronze or Paper Trait boost (or Hybrid boost/Handicap) that Humans Skill can use ?
Here are some Items that I want to submit that I do not think will be chosen or are not valid for this AA. Woven Leather Hood (Helmet), Tanners Tunic (Armor) Hide Stitched Coif (Helmet), Hide Stitched Hauberk (Armor) Butcher's Apron (Armor) Hefty Hide Hat (Helmet) Hunters Hardy Hide (Armor) Reflexology (Shield, Helmet?)
So my AA1 submission was an extremely min/max warrior weapon that did not support any unique strategy. In fact it did the exact opposite. But, I came to the conclusion that I would rather submit the item I want the most over one I felt like had a better chance of winning. That being said, how much closer to pickable do these changes make it. @Flaxative Original: Powerful Hack, Impaling Stab, 3x Vicious Thrust, Blind Rage New: 2x Powerful Hack, 3x Vicious Thrust, Stab or maybe Pushback Parry
What I should have submitted for AA1 (Weapon) Spear of Aggression. When you want something dead, but you don't want to let it touch you. It works out to be a level 17.5 Epic. I am not sure if it should be major tokens or 1 and 1. Assuming 1 and 1 it would be a beautiful hybrid of a double-edged and Crazy Sal's. IF it wound up being 2Y I would replace an impaling with a Strong Stab which would put it comfortably under the bar for 1Y1B tokens.
I really liked the original, if it were up to me I would have Impaling stabs and vicious thrusts from now until Sunday and Blind Rage is just always welcome on a weapon, even if AT makes it more dangerous to the holder than ever.
Yeah I agree. But I think that BM wants to get away from the powerhouse items that have been made in the past. So 3x Impaling stab is something we will probably never see, along with 3x Vicious Thrust and any 6x items. I would not be surprised if there is some unspoken rule now for item design where we rarely see more the 2x of any card on a item. At least at silver quality and better. I do really like your items though!
