Simple question really, the rewards from the Treasure Hunts is that the only place you can get them?
Or upon completion do they go into the normal loot pool.
Or maybe I'm thinking they go into the Shop loot pool.

With the Steam release I've started hunting down all the items for the Achievements when I suddenly thought about the Treasure Hunt rewards, because I've sold quite a lot of them because for a long time I wasn't using them and they weren't Achievements then.

    Cheers :)

All the treasure hunt items are always in the general item pool. Completing the treasure hunt that first time is just a guaranteed way to get the specific item.

One note, is St Ulrich's Bones, which, while in the general item pool, can't drop normally in singleplayer chests due to its introduction level. (You can still get it normally in shops/multiplayer, but Cliffs of the Wyverns is the only way to get it by playing singleplayer.)

Doesn't Giant Skeletal Arm also have ridiculously high introductory level? Is this level something that has just been stamped on the items and has nothing to do with the cards that they have?

Oh sorry, Giant Skeletal Arm as well. I always forget that one because it's trash in PvP... ;)

Introductory level is based on some quality of the cards on an item. I don't remember how it's calculated right now.

It's the "Level" column in the card database (near the very end), and the item's introductory level is the largest Level value of the cards on the item. Last I checked, the highest value was 39 for Perfect Block. Fun fact: items with introductory level = 1 can be obtained even when your renown is -100!

It is right before the slots column.
    How does introductory level work?

Is it possible to grind Renown in MP up to 23 for Bless or 27 for Massive Chop and thus cause St Ulrich's Bones and Giant Skeletal Arm to appear on SP loot tables?

eta: nevermind, FAQ says that renown is capped at 21. Boo for items that straight up don't appear on drop tables. :( Guess that means no Stargod's Raiments, either.

And what about cards that just don't have an introductory level listed (Cushioning Armor, for instance)?

How people can snap at you for posting these handy links is beyond me.
    Thanks as always :)

Did not know about introductory level till now =O
I guess my habit of running adventures with new parties has been detrimental to some degree on pull selection, huh?

@Fry Renown is capped to the highest adventure level in campaign. While you can get renown solely through pvp, it nevertheless uses the same cap.

Player level=Renown (not character level), so new parties don't change anything.

I really should just edit that post to say "renown."

Looks like we'll need a few more expansions before I can drop Perfect Shield. . .

I do wish Massive Chop was on a few more player-obtainable items.
