Every couple of seconds when sitting in the menu, the chat box repeatedly gets brought up. It doesn't matter how many times I close it, it insists on coming back no matter what screen I am. It's quite the nuisance to have it constantly pop up when I'm trying to browse the shop, look around the map, collect loot, or do anything, really.
Yep, known bug. Currently Co-Op chat is being treated as Private Messages, and taking priority because of it. Just close Co-Op chat by clicking 'Leave' in the lower left corner of the chat to stop it from happening [assuming no friends are messaging you, at least. In that case, just ask them to stop for a while, as you finish what you're doing.] In addition to setting Co-Op chat to function like the World chat, hopefully the devs will eventually add an option to the menu to prevent PMs from taking priority, as well.
