Before i did not know Standing existed, and did resign faster (now i try to at least get 2 points even in hard situations), and i am trying to slow raise it (10 points per day in a good day), but it just too low now (-230), so it will take a lot of time to 0. So i asked Farbs if him could rest it, and him did say i need to ask the community permission first. So there i am humbly asking, can you vote yes and help me?
I think to prevent this thing from happening in the future I think that while are in a streak of not resigning of at least 20 you should when you don't get blitzed gain multiple points til you reach 0. That's my 2 coppers on the subject.
Technically "high" standing isn't important (it maxes out at 10), just positive standing. First, a negative standing can often come out of intentionally early resigning which is against the rules. Second, if you ever want to join a competitive guild, they are likely not to take you with negative standing as it's a sign you'll get them a lot of blitz losses. Third, historically there have been CH events run that you were only eligible to play in with a positive standing.
Thanks for answering that a moment before I did, Scarp, I totally misunderstood the topic, ha. Ah, well, I'm content with my -97 standing, it's accurately reflective of my previous circumstances, after all Besides, being the leader of my own parody/PvE guild kinda means I don't have to worry about recruiting restrictions Though I did get totally dissed by a new player as 'not knowing anything about the game, and that I should shut up and let a more experienced player help them' due to my stats and ranking. (which woulda been somewhat reasonable if the topic had been pvp, and not how equipment worked :X)
