Yep, you suffer from an empty deck because you had 2 traits attached to you and the official card(says the item name instead of copy) of Savage Curse attached to a party member(Duration 2).
Dhrosecel: Savage Curse, Elven Maneuvers, Altruism, Sparkling Cloth Armor, Unnerving Strike, Loner, Quick Run. First turn: Dhrosecel drew Savage Curse, Quick Run. Sparkling Cloth Armor. Plays Savage curse. Second turn: Unnerving strike, elven maneuvers Attaches maneuvers. Draws Loner, plays it Plays Altruism and attaches it. Draws Loner, plays it. Doesn't draw anything (nothing to draw) So yeah, as timeracers said. However, I played a qd another day, I forgot to check log for this, but I am pretty certain this happened: I had attached unholy frenzy to a priest, let's call them A, cast by A. After some moves, A had no cards left in their deck, but had Martyr's Blessing (think it was martyr's anyway) on them, and A drew the unholy frenzy, which was removed from the character (A). It happened twice. I realise this isn't a very reliable account. But I assumed this is what happened in general in a situation like this. So in LCD's case here, why was the savage curse not returned to the deck? Is it because it was attached to a different character? Or perhaps I am mistaken in what I saw?
What you're describing sounds like a bug if it did occur. Attachments stay attached, or at least should.
I could quite possibly be mistaken, I really should have copied the log. Also sorry for that mistake, mixed up altruism and martyr's, was hoping to edit without getting noticed . I will copy the log if I replicate it again, though I can't see the situation happening often.
Don't forget cards that place multiple attachments(eg: cone of cold, magma spray) can be drawn if the official card has been unattached(the others have copy on it).
