Returning to the game after a long time, I noticed that items from pre-made parties I had purchased are absent from my inventory. I asked about this in the general chat and several people messaged me saying they had the same issue. I have no problem with any other changes to items or other F2P content, but given that I paid real money for this content I am keen to know what can be done about it?
Have you checked the characters in reserve at the left side of the team builder in the single player / multiplayer Keeps (please check both separately, they are their own things)? Sometimes I forget items on unused characters and then wonder where they went.
Yes, I made sure to go through all the unused characters and they are clear of all gear (in both multiplayer and single player). I initially thought maybe the items had been changed so i had a look in the pre-made party in the shop and saw the items are still there in the pre-made just not in my collection !
Ok, thanks! Sounds like something odd is going on, then. Please write to support@cardhunter.com and provide them with your game account name and the names of the pre-made parties you've purchased. I'm sure they'll straighten it out as soon as they can.
Sorry to be more clear, since it was some time ago I have to remember specifics. I was playing during the beta, and played through the time when all progress was reset and pizza was refunded, and I purchased the pre-mades after that reset. I'm not aware if there was more resets after that, but on returning I can only observe I do not have the items anymore, and I do not have the pizza either.
Hmmm, yep seems like emailing support would be your best bet. Include the details about beta. They're usually really quick, but be aware that it's a tiny "team" and they're putting out a ton of fires right now with the new build and steam release.
