Almost every day at least one co-op game is played, so if you want some practice either:

1. Watch world chat in the MP lobby and wait for a co-op game to being organised
2. Try to organise a co-op game yourself!
3. Or look for me and ask me to make a co-op matchup when i am online.

Remember, once Wednesday rolls around, I will take all of your character choices and lock them in, and finally make teams! You only have a day or so left to change your mind.

If you haven't played co op before, join up with some other people in the lobby and try it out! There's games kicking off at all times of the day.
