Quick query, since I own a fair bit of CH, bought extra pizza/figures etc, not sure I'd do a new Basic. It would be a nice bonus though if I could either a) get a friend started with it b) get the 30 day Club I'm guessing the Bundle itself doesn't break up much, or maybe it does? Does a Basic code do anything (or even work) for someone who has the Basic already? Thanks! CKaz
If you have already bought the Basic Edition, you won't be able to redeem the key yourself. But you could certainly give it to a friend, yes
The code for the basic edition will not work for someone who has already purchased it. However, it will work for someone who has purchased items included in the basic edition, but not the Basic itself. That said, you do not get anything in place of the already unlocked content (you DO get the pizza and 30 days of membership regardless, either 30 new, or 30 additional if you have a current membership). Regardless, you can always pass on the Key to a friend.
Just an idea for anyone with a basic key not used yet, but you could always use it as the prize for an unofficial tournament for new players. I'd be interested to see that in action!
That's what I will do if I get the bundle, though I'm still trying to decide if I want the other games.
I've bought the bundle, since I'm a crazy fan of all CCGs, and wasn't disappointed. I didn't have Basic Edition before (decided to buy only the access to adventures), and 100 pizza is great
I made a thread here to discuss the other games in the bundle, and I'd love hear your opinions there. Especially for Talisman and Magic 2015, since I can't try those for free.
