Why would you play that, as opposed to Accelerated Thought? Token availability?

 

You can get a lot more copies of it on a character. There's also an item with 3 of them, Mokad's Reeking Skull, so you don't need to run items with less desirable cards.

Would it be hard to implement a option where you can see just the current status of the tracker without the ability to change something without logging in?
