Well it works and its amazing. You cant melee/shoot through it but Sprays work, so i assume AoE's also work. One funny thing is that Charge attacks dont work, can only move one space but that seems like a bug, should be able to run through it with a charge and it someone.
Another smoke cloud bug, a goblin 'blocked' it with his magic block skill, this of course did nothing, smoke took the area and him with it, and he should be thankful.
Smoke Cloud needs some change or the AI needs a change, its so rediculously powerful as it is, its like a shield. You cast it over your guys, but next to your enemy so they arnt in the cloud. The ai cant see or attack you so they skip there turns, but i can attack them from the edge of the cloud. AI needs to run away from the cloud or get inside it, or the cloud should be more like an Armor Terrain, giving a 50% chance to evade any attack, so the ai will at least try.
No no this sounds fair... now gimme the spell Wait didn't you tell me the cloud prevented attack inside it or was that just attacking people inside it?
You cant attack other people inside the cloud, except with spray attacks. But if you're on the EDGE of the cloud, you can see out, and therefor target enemies.
Hm, in that case there may of been an enemy in the smoke cloud and it wouldnt let me charge past him, but that brings up another issue, should that even be possible in an area where you cant even melee people ?
Thing about this is ya, most enemies sit around and pass their turn because their attacks dont work in smoke cloud. Enemies that have AoE abilities like that @#$%ing acorn throwing bastard have no problems with bombarding you. I do think you should be able to attack someone directly next to you in the smoke cloud.
I think all enemies should be invisible inside the smoke cloud, and you can attack any square inside it to try and hit them
