2nd time Wizard's Workshop UUEE(R) Staff Of The Inferno (woohoo!) Shimmering Hood (Rare was Black Boots)
Wizard's Workshop 1> UREL(R) Staff Of The Inferno , Orc Painting - my first 2> UURE(E) Staff Of The Inferno , (Lusterous Pearl)
RRRR(R) naugus hide boots, blessed branch, static robes x2, (bad luck charm) (...and *thank you* for this thread, only have casual time and a player since release, love this, first time looting this, will watch for this now )
2nd time at the Wizard's Workshop. UURE(R), with the Epic being the same Shimmering Hood I got a few hours ago.
Do people share their results so we have data points on the loot fairy drop rate? Sorry if that was mentioned earlier but the thread is 1000 posts long.
Yes. Not sure how necessary it is any more, but narrowing the upgrade % to legendary will probably take a ton of drop data.
I thought people were just bragging which is why I hadn't been doing it. I'll post my results moving forward.
Bragging, or at least happy exultation, probably plays a part. Also, seeing other people getting good stuff, even if you aren't, can be motivating on a couple of levels.
I find it interesting to see what others have gotten so I also post my own Epic and Legendary drops. I know it's all just randomness but somehow seeing the results people get feels worthwhile.
Is there a better spot/thread to know *where* the Fairy is currently as well? I really appreciate that part
The loot fairy page really needs to reset to unknown each day. Should just pick a time if you don't know, but right now I have confirmed absent on Wizard's Tower (Where it was yesterday) and therefore turned off it telling people where it is today. How do people know which of those "confirmed absents" are from today rather than yesterday?
It was still at Wizard's Workshop this morning at 7:30 am EST (1:30 PM UTC) so it must have moved since then.
Umm..... uh oh. The loot fairy wasn't supposed to move for another 4 hours, I think. @randomjoe - The loot fairy does not move in sync with the daily quest reset, or even apparently with a regular cycle... so "today" and "yesterday" are not really useful terms. The last known location of the fairy was marked, and it was expected to remain there for another few hours at least. I guess we need more work to pin down the fairy's movement cycle.
