Yeah, and the first adventure in the chain is free - meaning the first free Treasure Hunt in the game, with a guaranteed epic. Also, all the new gear will be available from any adventures, including the old ones - something some people don't seem to understand, looking at some comments.
To be honest, there isn´t a lot of whining. Simply because people get that Blue Manchus ftp policy is one of the fairest there is. So people don´t have a advantage over people not buying it. I didn´t listen to the whole clip because the background noise made think about horse sausages but did Jon mention the fact that all AotA items will be in all loot tables? I know it is mentioned in the forum thread but as everyone knows, the forum players are only a minority compared to the whole playerbase.
Depends on how you define "treasure hunt"; we already had a free adventure that guaranteed a legendary.
I define treasure hunts as they're defined, and marked, by the game - the ones that tell you up front what loot you'll get. The ones we've figured out has guaranteed lot (such as the Hand of Melvelous) does not count, towards this. Adding this free Treasure Hunt makes the distinction between Treasure Hunts and regular Adventures more hazy - as we used to be able to say all Treasure Hunts were pay to play.
Yay, something that could get Wozarg to post again! I'm so glad to see more content coming. I'm also glad to see more dev communication. Obviously, people in active participation on the test server are in direct communication, but there was something different back before the game launched when videos like these were last posted. Hearing dev voices lets people feel more connected to the creation. Not to mention how videos are much easier for fans to share (attracting more fans) than a few test forum posts.
I would have preferred extra pizza over magnificent chests in the bundle. But it doesn't look too bad. I really want that Melvin figure.
I've been taking a long break from Cardhunter as well while waiting for more content. Thrilled to see it happening!
