Premium Dungeons?

    So a premium dungeon opened up, kind of like how DDO does it i see. It gurantees an epic item, and it shows me the item? Does this item change ever, like every 24 hours ? Cuz i dont really like that item =/

    Nope, they're fixed per adventure ("treasure hunt").

    (I'm not in beta so i don't know if it is obvious for the lucky ones)
    What about the epic items you get? Are these "premium dungeon-only" (therefore being pizza-only items) or will they be available via looting/chest opening like any other item?

    Doesnt say soulbound or anything, its just an Epic and i've found one of those in a dungeon so i'd say they can be found outside of the premium dungeon. Its just the one item =/
