Since she was spotted at such a low level adventure, I went over to the test server to see if she's there too, and she was:
5 R weapon, 2 R weapon, 4 R divine armor, 1 E treasure, (4 R boots)

 

Yeah, the eldritch writings I uncovered suggest that she'll be in the same place on both servers every day.
