I can take the following adventures during the next days:
Black Oaken Heart
Attack of the War Monkeys
Temple of Terror
Into the Black Forest
Cliffs of the Wyverns (although I bet they won't appear in pizza-cost adventures but who knows)

Edit: They do appear in tresure hunts too.

I've updated the OP again with chest info and the current "fairy patrol" roster.

 

I got 1 uncommon, 2 rares, 1 epic, and 1 club rare from doing the Gladiatoral Arena Qualifiers today.

 

Must have been a flock of fairies in mine. Also on Gladiatorial Qualifiers

Gladiatorial Qualifiers confirmed, one uncommon and three rares (the club item was a treasure). Good work guys, I'll be sure to post in the future if I find the fairy!

Level 12 adventures completed 13:35 UTC. No Loot Gary sightings.

 

I had some uncompleted quests there and completed one. No Loot Fairy, just the Quest Gold Chest with three items, one guaranteed Rare.

 

I can take all the Lv 9 and Lv 15 dungeons.
(exclude the "Return to wood home", a treasure hunt I don't buy.)

 

The loot fairy is still there, Gladiatorial Qualifiers.

I got 2 uncommons, a rare and an epic. The club item was rare, so it must guarantee at the rare level.

 

Gladiatorial Qualifiers completed. Two uncommon, rare, epic, rare (club)

 

Didnt even know about this. just did the arena qualifers to see and yep,got it:

2x Field Medic's Pike
1x rare tresure
1x Apprentice Toughness

club reward: Flax vial

I can take care of lvl 8 modules, starting tomorrow, Saturday March 15th

 

I did the drawback quest first and Gary didn't show up. Then I did a regular adventure and he did. 2x U & 2x R in chest, R in club box.

So, based upon this and Jarmo's experiences, the quest has to be completed already, and you have to run through the regular adventure. Cool.

 

You definitely don't need to be done with the quests for a module to find the Loot Fairy (I have NOT finished the 1 hp quest on Black Oaken Heart). I think the only thing we can conclude is that the Loot Fairy only shows up for regular adventure completion and not for quest completion. I updated the OP with more fairy patrol sign-ups, and this info.

 

Oh, not all of them. I just meant the main one. Like, the story mode quest.

 

I'll do my best to cover levels 10-14, but it might be better for me to commit to 12-13 for now. Not sure if I will have enough time every day.
