That doesnt make any sense to me (and as I have seen in chat, to many others as well). Who makes the first move? Owner or opponent? Its kinda random as of now.
Elvish mobility probably works the same way as Firestorm: Thus, the first target should be consistent within a single game, though randomly chosen each game.
I've fixed this, though it's not in the current build (it should be in the next one). After the fix is deployed, all helpful cards (e.g. Elvish Mobility) should affect allies first. Harmful cards (e.g. Firestorm) should affect enemies first.
That's true. But, the most important thing is that it's consistent whereas the current rule implementation depends on an arbitrary factor (which order you joined the battle in).
Good point. It's a new factor to take into account now. It does make Firestorm parties stronger. They can now unleash apocalypse kamikaze burns with abandon. Could become less fun to be in MP.
Definitely. Maybe for cards like Elven Mobility (and the upcoming Elven Scamper), though, there could be card-specific rules that make the card work slightly differently, in order to keep it from being weaker than it should be. If you're worried about consistency, you could have the card say, explicitly, something like "Enemies move first."
