Hi, After several times of logging into my cardhunter account in the course of last night, I found that on the third login attempt it failed and I've not been able to get into my account. I started resetting the password. After several attempts to reset my login to my cardhunter account, all of which appeared to work from the request and validation of the email, my new passwords have not let me into the system. I'm using a Capital character, a special character (an @ in this case), some lower case letters, and 4 numbers. Is there an issue with my choice of password? My attempts to use an all lowercase password with 4 numbers also didn't work. Help! Is there a FAQ about this issue? Thanks, Bob
I suggest you send a message to support@cardhunter.com - quickest way to get you sorted. I don't believe there's any reason your password shouldn't work if you managed to request it.
Hi, Found the issue - it's by character name and I was using my email address - D'OH! So I've been resetting my account for no reason. I was just able to login. Bob
