It doesn't look like your game is loading. Do you get a loading bar over the box at all - and does this happen when you try to enter an adventure from the world map? What browser are you using? Have you tried several?
The figure appears after the loading bar disappear. I enter adventure from world map. And enter the shop or gamble chest has the same situation like this. I tried many times, and chrome firefox IE10 has the same issue. The issue appears when the update at Dec and really annoys me
Have you tried clearing your cache? It's possible your client hasn't updated correctly since the last build. If this doesn't work - I hope we can get some more technical help here.
I have cleaned cache, but the problem can not be solved. I think that the issue appears because the flash has crashed. But it does not worked after re-install flashplayer.
If possible, could you check the console log (press F1 twice) and copy the information. Might have information on why it's not loading. Another suggestion would be temporarily shutting down your firewall to make sure it's not interfering (always good to rule out, however unlikely).
Did you have problems after playing White Skull Canyon? I looks like you recruited three priests that you've never used.
I think that i know why. Too many items in my bag. So I sell more than 1500 items in my bag and the problem has been improved? Is it a possilbe reason for this bug? PS: This task waste my a little time. Can you let the trade more easier._.?
Yes, we know that owning many items causes long loading times, but I think you're the first to have so many it throws an error. The devs should already be working on it now that the holidays are over.
Yeah, first time I see an issue with amount of items causing the game not to load at all - hopefully your log will help the devs narrow down any issues, but at least you can play again!
Looking at that log, the error #1502 means "script ran for more than 15 seconds". Where that happened was when it was arranging the items in the collection - which definitely seems to confirm that it was a problem with how the game was handling that number of items, which is hopefully fixed with Farbs' recent changes.
It certainly looks like that was the problem, yes. My recent work on this should improve things a bit, but please let us know if it's still a problem.
