    Keep checking after Randimar's updates on Saturday for everyone. The Shielding Token is one of the more common items it restocks.

    Unfortunately while for you it's been common, I've seen 1 (one) in total there since July. The stocks of Randimar's are as random as the loot drops and can have huge differences between players.
