Not sure Black Friday is much of an international thing, and as the devs are aussies - I'm not sure about the status of BF there.
I'm not an Aussie, but across the pond in NZ we have some shops with Black Friday-type sales. They don't call it Black Friday/Cyber Monday, but clearly it's timed to match the American version. I'm sure Sydneysiders are familiar with the concept from small computer shops like MSY, etc. The last time I went over, they were advertising for Cyber Monday sales in advance.
There were similarly timed sales here in Sydney last year. One of my flatmates is an avid shopper and keeps me up to date with such information.
In Europe we only have black Saturday....its always in the summerholliday (august) when a lot off people die in traffic because its so crowded.
