Let us Pre-Purchase or something ! Thats popular these days with games, even big ones. Like, whatever premium bundles/features you have, maybe people would order them in advance if you let us. *insert screen money throw comments*
Exactly. I paid $10 to pre-order the new Talisman game that is being made, and a big part of that choice was immediate access to a beta version. I would easily pay that much to get early access to this game.
A new question: Are there any cards that are unique to a particular item? So if we see one, we know they have a few other specific cards in their deck, for example.
That is a very good and important question ! Figuring out an enemies build by identifying rare cards may be a huge meta game element o.o
It is a good question, and it is expected to be part of your meta game, but it is not answered by anything about "unique" cards. Instead, observe: A card always tells you the item from which it came. In this case, Misanthrope's Pearl. (Saying otherwise in the recent blog post was naught but an error.) So once you know what's in such an item, you know that your opponent has all the other cards from this card suite.
Huh, so, this may be answered somewhere in the blog posts already, but looking at Misanthrope's Pearl, I'm rather confused at how something can be 'Self Target' with a range of 6. Can someone explain this for me?
Guys, is this game still alive? There are no news about it on my e-mail, Twitter has same old post about video... I'm kind of dissapointed
Haha, yes, the game is still very much alive. Jon is on holiday, which is why the main twitter feed has gone quiet. A while ago we set up an automated twitter feed announcing every minor change and addition to the project. You can see that we're all still toiling: https://twitter.com/RudolphoCH
I want to know more about.... You Farbs, personally, intimately, everything. I'm not here for the game anymore, im here for you.
OK please say that Rudolpho can be obtained in the game in some form, maybe a special card or something silly...
Ka-PWING, wish granted. Also discussed over here. But it begs the question . . . . . . When did "Rodolfo" become "Rudolpho"?
