Nothing to do ingame after you reach level 19, cant get xp from any missions, pvp is super boring neverending jumping around, waiting for more chalanging pve content, on halloween shop i not found any item wich i want to use even for free , 99% of epic and legendary items in game are usless , check wiki.

We're getting some more pve content in a bit I'm sure (we can see the devs are working on something - even if it's not officially announced yet). Also, I'm not sure most people would agree with that 99% of the epic and legendary are useless.
I also have the "null" problem in FF. I also noticed that a Halloween item is available at the Goblin Bazaar. The Skeleton Suit. Is this intended to have them show up in regular shops? edit: Hmmm. It won't let me upload the image. I'll see if I can find another way if you'd like visual proof.
Halloween loot are added to all loot tables (including chests and regular shop) it seems, so probably working as intended. I've seen this too.
