Most of that loot is common-rare. Just play modules of the relevant level and you should see some of it soon.
There's only one legendary, most of those items are actually quite easy to get, as smeata said - mostly commons and few rares.
Most of the loadout looks solid. Lots of versatility. The only thing I think I disagree with are the class skills. I always try to maximize the number of traits on the skills so I'm curious why you decided to go, for example, with superb blazing rather thanAdvanced Electromancy.
Most people do I honestly do it most of the time as well! However I went with double bolts because of trees - they suffer so much damage when they've got a trait on them
I like Novice Teleportation myself. No drawbacks and increasing movement always seemed to help more than a few extra bolts. Plus it lets me put another orb somewhere else since I don't have that many Wands of Seared Air atm.
Good luck! Seems like one of the most reliable source of damage in PvE when it comes to arcane items (exept for legendary items, as I don't tend to find them at all )
