As an advid player of card games and tabletop role playing games I cannot wait for this game to come out! I play a lot of Pokemon card game and this game looks epic!
I curse penny arcade for linking me here. While im excited for the beta, the wait is killing me. But from some of the profiles my mere month of lurking is nothing compared to the near year some people have been waiting
I'm sure everyone here has had to wait for some game at some time. Finally just got done waiting for TL2 and GW2 and such, back in line though, the wait never ends.
However this game is very unique compared to many others that have come out. I would compare this to Scrolls by Mojang....but actually this is looking better. It will come down to multi-player and post launch support. One of the reasons that Polemon TCG is doing better than Warcraft TCG is because of the support that Pokemon gives to the players. Free tournaments with no entry fee makes it so accessible by all ages...

That game seams really nice but as always every single class i feel like playing is premium locked. *sigh*
I went premium and tried'em all out, the free ones are REALLY REALLY good... the paladin, the valk, the druid and the centaur guy, all just as good.
I'm sure they are but its not a question of power but the feel of the class and how it plays that makes me want the summoner the most.
summoner too is what i went for but found lacking later. Summoner is actually a female XD...with a Jamaican accent. Then i went with phoenix mage. Both are pretty good for solo. If hes the only guy you want, you can probably earn enough points in game to unlock him.
nah I'm looking at summoner mage and treant so I'm ****ed. on a side note why would you ever solo seams like that makes the game insanely much harder?
Because your characters dont level individually, its more like your 'party' levels, and then you choose who gets to receive it. A character can get to lvl 50 max, but party level goes up to 60, so you could get one character to 50 and have a lv 10 sidekick, or a party of lvl 12's or two 30's. It can get harder/easier, higher level characters will reach higher tiers in their skills, move more often, and equip better gear. Party's of lower levels will probably have a higher hp/damage pool, cover more ground and have much more synergy. I didnt get any char to 50, let alone in high level gear since the gold cost of that stuff is so high, so not sure how much stronger they get. Also makes PvP kind of unique, its objective based rather than killing, gotta capture and hold three objectives, so one powerful hero 'may' be able to defeat a team, but GL keeping them away from separate objectives I can honestly say though that the purchased heroes are not terribly difficult to unlock for free, and are not stronger than the free counterparts. The paladin and valk and dryad and priestess were all favored classes. (OP!) Actually you can have my old account if you want i only played for a hard week or so and havnt really been back !
