That can't possibly be the best warrior weapon considering it has one card that is only good for removing blocks and one block that is only good for stopping debuffs. How about Bec De Corbin
Is it great that my rare shop had both Lochaber Axe and Blazing Shortsword (which I guess is the one Oberon meant, two power tokens is really not a good deal for two chops). Yes, yes it is. Coupled with a Godtouched Spear, I am pretty content with my epics so far.
Thats...actually pretty bad. Having a one car disadvantage every turn is pretty horrible. While it has no token costs, for MP i believe people want frost spells on staves I'm not exactly a huge fan of godtouched spear. the dps is meh and group heal is pretty underpowered in MP (i personally find all heals to be a bad trade for damage, but group heal most of all). People are going to be focusing down a character, healing for 3 won't save them. Also, 2 bronze tokens... I'm not even a huge fan of Lochaber axe. ability to backstab/hunt mages is very nice, but you are giving up on quite a bit of dps.
Had that happen maybe once, out of many many times I've drawn the curse. It is attack after all, and if you're unable to play it as an attack, it's usually kinda simple to have 3+ cards at the end of the turn. But yeah, maybe not the best for multiplayer.
Frost spells are really good for MP but other strategies work as well, such as magus staves. Ironwood Staff Of The Magus is one of my favorite.
Godtouched spear is fantastic for firestorm/draw combo decks. In fact only Knife Of St. Blenko is better. Of course if you play a simple in your face max damage build then it pales compared to common things like glinting eye hammer.
i have an Azgul's Orb and Trogsbane?? These are like the first legendary/Epic i got in a standard chest
How about some love for Surging Battleaxe? Maybe not the best there is, but it's the best I have at the moment -- and no downsides seems pretty sweet to me.
Its certainly better if you're running a 3 priest draw focused party, but even so dps isn't exactly irrelevant, especially with the new nerfs. I'm not sure if you mean "firestorm + draw" or "firestorm or draw" when you say "firestorm/draw", i've never met a firestorm deck that actually works up till now. My point about focused healing still stands. Even with firestorm in play, i would rather have higher power dedicated heals cast on my weakest party member. "firestorm + draw" decks would prob love this weapon, if they exist. I've never actually meet one. Maybe its just me being ignorant.
