[Suggestions] Bazaar and Gambling Den

    Hello There guys

    Ive been playing this nice game for 2 weeks now, and it was a great time,even in beta.
    After doing the single player and done some multiplayer games here my sugestions (if someone suggested this before im sorry)

    -The Bazaar: self explanotry i guess, a place where we could trade itens with other players. To make things more interesting every transation would require every part to pay 10 gold (maybe more?)

    -The Gambling Den: a pvp area, where you just dont lose your ranking. Fighting in the den and losing means that the winner gets a item from the losing party (random selected). Enter at your own peril. To maybe balance this, every player can only do a pvp game at the den once every half hour?

    The devs have talked about this briefly before and I think that the overall consensus was that if huge companies can't figure out a way to balance a player economy then it will be nearly impossible for a small team like Blue Manchu to do so. Also, since this is a free-to-play game it would hurt their ability to monetize if items could be traded.

    While this seems like a fun idea in theory, I don't think that it would be very popular. Also, it would be very easy to "game" the system by only taking in common and uncommon items.

    Good suggestions, but sadly I don't think that these will be implemented anytime soon.

    A very important point. Blue Manchu needs monetize for their hard work, so maybe the bazaar could only be avaible to the people that belongs to the membership? or every trade would cost pizza slides?

    About the den, ye true people could take weaker equipment there, but they would cripple their builds also, if you want win big you must take some risks.

    For the gambling den, one option would be to allow players to control the ante in some way, maybe controlling the quality of items anted. Perhaps a player could set up a low-stakes match with Common antes. Another player may prefer high-rolling, and set up a game with Legendary antes. I think it would also make sense to have the antes come from the player's stash, not the party's equipment, so that it would not be necessary to reequip after every loss.

    Something like this could be gamed, of course, to allow "trades" between players, where two players agree to trade wins. It would be a hassle, though.

    Thats why i think it should be random, avoid that and to spice pvp even more and give a extra thrill

    I don't see why you'd need to add a risk/reward to MP matches. It's subject to abuse, and would make random chance and disconnects far bigger problems than they already are.

    I think tuknir's intention is that this would be an option, not mandatory. I suspect there won't be many players who would participate, but I like the idea of an option for additional risk for those who are interested.

    Anything that can be abused in Multiplayer would have a negative result for other MP players. Abstaining from it yourself wouldn't keep you from facing those who abused it for personal gain.
