Bungled Bolt is supposed to become hard to block when you have spark inductor and spark generator. My opponent had both, but neither triggered when he used a bungled bolt against my character who used a block to deflect it.

Actually, I think that this is caused by using the chat box during a match. Since there is no way to "Esc" out of the chat window it disables the "F1" command.
