Weak Strike not a drawback card?

I'm doing the "equip only drawback items" quest, and I found I can't equip items with "Weak Strike", even though it has the black drawback border.

I'd suggest either:
Weak Strike now considered a drawback card
Weak Strike goes from black banner to paper banner

This is exacerbated by the fact that there's no way to filter on drawback items, so there's no way to tell that weak strike is not allowed until you try to equip it.

 

Drawback cards have black border, weak strike has red border, only the title line is black.
You can search for them by typing handicap in the item search field.

The border determines the type of card. Black border means drawback card.
The top bar determine the quality of card, Black bar means worst card.

In this case, weak strike is a worst attack card

 

It's still confusing. Are there any "worst" cards besides Weak Strike which are not drawbacks? Also, are there any drawbacks that aren't "worst"?

 

I can't find any.

Squeamish, Wimpy, Demonic Revenge, and all the hybrid ones. But yes, it would make sense to always (and only) put black titles on pure handicap cards.
