The observations in my previous thread weren't necessarily bugs, but this is: When I completed Goblins in the Woods, the final text said the chief fled to a tree fort in the north. But when I returned to the world map, I got a message about finding a tunnel under the Viscous Tombs leading the Pools of Slime. Shouldn't the Pools have been unlocked when I completed the Tombs, which was several days ago? And there are no tree forts on my map. (I'm also still waiting for the level 10 tavern and the level 11 common shop. My current active party is now level 11.) EDIT: Completing Pools of Slime unlocked Temple of Scales (level 12 treasure hunt), Tomb of Tvericus (level 12 module), and the level 11 common shop. Still no tavern or tree forts.
Adventure unlocks are based on adventures beaten, irrespective of your individual character's levels. "Tree Forts" refers to an adventure (not a map location) that you haven't unlocked yet (should unlock with the second Tavern when you complete Tvericus).
I've come to that conclusion. Though I think the shops at least should be based on level; by the time Goblin Bazaar unlocked, it seemed like half the inventory was already at its lowest price (there may be a small bug in the price code too). Wait, what is the difference between "adventure" and "map location"? I was calling this a bug because the end text for Goblins Wood talked about the chief fleeing to his tree fort, but when I went to the map I was suddenly exploring tunnels under an older dungeon. Since this is beta, could you post the list of when everything is supposed to unlock so we can verify that it's actually working correctly?
I think there's a logic problem here where you can complete adventures in an order that causes an illogical statement to be made about the next adventure.
Actually, I haven't had any choice in where to go next since Viscous Tombs and Garnet Portal. Viscous opened nothing, Garnet opened Cockroaches which opened Goblin Woods which opened Slime Pools which opened Tvericus.
