I had a wounded Blk in hand, didnt even try to trigger as i was chopped Perhaps somethings wrong with the 'targeting' thing? BATTLE LOG: Player=Gary,Scenario=Streams,Room=BigSmurf vs Gary,RoomID=187470,Event=PlayAction,Action=Chop,Instigator=Mighty Karagrik,Targets=Pongo startTimer 1 939 BATTLE LOG: Scenario=Streams,Room=BigSmurf vs Gary,RoomID=187470,Msg=Pongo took 5 damage BATTLE LOG: Scenario=Streams,Room=BigSmurf vs Gary,RoomID=187470,Msg=The active player is now BigSmurf
Btw... does 'Block any' even block something like 'Whirlwind Enemies' without any damage or direct targetting?
Regarding the chop: Maybe you got attacked from behind? Block does not work against attacks from behind.
Yep, that could be it. Problem with that: you cant see if you were facing the enemy or not after the char is removed from the board. Perhaps the programmers should implement a 'Continue' Button before removing any player char from the board so to check everythings ok?
That i noticed too. Perhaps i made myself not clear. I am asking because of that fact Is this working how it is supposed to be?
Ah i see what you meant. Yeah i've been wondering that myself. the description of block says: Like Armor, Blocks cannot be played and are triggered when a character is attacked.. The key difference between the two is that Block cards will cancel the incoming card entirely, causing it to be discarded instead of taking effect. Blocks are only triggered when enemies play cards targeting you, i.e. they will not be triggered by your allies targeting you. If the description is true, then any card played by an enemy targeting you is considered an attack.that is fair i guess. A little confusing though. If the description was changed from "targeting you" to "affecting you" then what we see happening in games now makes sense.
