This was confusing and I think its either misprogrammed or miscommunicated. I just used Hit The Deck on my Wizard to Block an enemy Attack, and thus he had to Halt. We can see that the 3+ roll on the card is for the Block; one would presume that the "Halt, Duration 1" effect applies with no further roll. Well: BATTLE LOG: Scenario=Arena Battle 1-3,Room=ARN0 (Sir Knight),RoomID=65254,Msg=Starting round 3 BATTLE LOG: Scenario=Arena Battle 1-3,Room=ARN0 (Sir Knight),RoomID=65254,Event=Attachment Phase Initiated BATTLE LOG: Player=Gary,Scenario=Arena Battle 1-3,Room=ARN0 (Sir Knight),RoomID=65254,Event=TriggerSucceed,Trigger=Dimensional Traveller,TriggeringActor=[Null],AffectedActors=,TriggerType=StartTurn,TriggerLocation=ActorAttachment BATTLE LOG: Player=Gary,Scenario=Arena Battle 1-3,Room=ARN0 (Sir Knight),RoomID=65254,Event=TriggerFail,Trigger=Hit the Deck,TriggeringActor=[Null],AffectedActors=,TriggerType=Unknown,TriggerLocation=ActorAttachment Dimensional Traveller triggered for my Wizard, then the game rolled a die for Hit the Deck as though he were being attacked again, then it failed and my Wizard was free to move. That is, Hit the Deck applied more like Slowed does. I hadn't even bothered trying to play normal Move cards because I presumed "Halt" meant "Halt." There's a logical disconnect: why would Hit the Deck's Halt effect use the exact same number as its Block roll? If anything, the Halt should have its own little die symbol so the audience knows it will be rolled. Which way is Hit the Deck supposed to work?
Okay, good: with the current code, you are not allowed to so much as click on a normal Move card. The situation arises due to a weird interaction with Dimensional Traveller.
