This build fixes some important account/registration issues, such as pointing to the game client via http instead of https (which fixes this issue). There are also some battle UI tweaks including more animations being controllable by the animation speed slider and the ability to cancel half-played cards by clicking another card (instead of pressing the cancel button). Optimisation Dev console memory use optimisation - using less memory when not open. Hopefully fixing cycle-the-console-to-regain-memory. Minor typo change to Slub Gut briefing. Boards fixed terrain in Wizard's Workshop board 3 Fixed facings in White Star battle 1 Cards Fixed capitalization on Talented Healer Phrase builder tag Fixed typo on Help the Weak Fixed broken gender tags in card play text (still requires code fix) Accounts Use local logo.png instead of the one from www.cardhunter.com to prevent SSL warnings about mixed content. Fix bad registration/forgot password links inside the game client. Clarified user warning in case of verifying when registration attempt has expired. Point game to http instead of https as cloudfront SSL cert causes problems otherwise. Pizza Promotion award doesn't fail if user isn't online. Made die roll bonus and penalty dynamic audio. updated get xp sound, boosted volume for club join sound Replaced Penalty sound Battle UI Player can click on another card to cancel current action and swap to new card while choosing targets. Internal stuf Static data manager reports URL for failed manifest load. Deploy configures DB hostname and SES for account tools.
One person missed out on his promotional figure because he wasn't online when his pizza arrived. That should be fixed now.
Nice job! quick suggestion put a warning before closing the browser ... I just close mine by accident and lose a battle T_T
If anoying pop ups pages can do it why cardhunter don't? besides its similar to the warning of " You party enter a battle" already in game
Just wanted to drop in and add that, even on my crappy computer, the game is running MUCH better now thanks to: Good job!
Can you use another card to cancel a move card now? (Using the click on a different card method.) It always seemed weird that I could cancel an attack card but not a move card.
I found that a item that worth 400 gold now cost 100, is that right? because nothing is about items price in the patch
I presume you are talking about items IN the store, not items you're selling TO the store. In that case, the difference is likely that you leveled-up: if you try to buy things that are beyond your level, prices get multiplied by the level difference. Like so. Also, having played more recently since the audio change, I can say I'm less bothered by the loot noises. They are no longer pitch-shifted compression errors. Instead they are classic mystery movie noises. (Or, you know, those sound effects in Resident Evil and other games that emulate the classic mystery movie era.) This is an improvement, though still a little unexpected.
I just beat Melvelous and when Hand Of Melvelous dropped it was still an Epic item. The Club reward was likewise Epic. Might want to take a second pass at that? While I'm on the topic... you removed a map from the Melvelous adventure? Aww...
The Hand of Melvelous used to be legendary, hence forcing a legendary club drop. I think Epic's acceptable. Really? It's always had three to my knowledge. Are you seeing something else Zoorland?
I distinctly remember a map with primarily imps that isn't there anymore. Now there's just the single imp on the last map. Before, didn't it go orcs -> imps -> whatever you call the mimics -> final map? That's what I remember from when it was first released before the reset. :/
