Does this happen consistently for you?

Yes, and I've figured out how it happens. Tested against riddle of the gnome lords and secret of the gnome lord, both lvl 15 advs. If I begin adventure with my lvl 19 party, the module cover goes missing. If I begin adventure with my lvl 14 party, the module cover remains. Consistent and reproducible for me. res: 1366 x 768

Do you ever see the Begin Adventure button when you first enter?

Yes, greyed out. I clicked on 'regular adventure' to enable 'Begin Adventure'.

OK, so this screen appears after you click Begin Adventure? Does the camera pan at all at that stage?

I think I have to clarify:

Case 1: lvl 14 party in Riddle of the Gnome lord, click 'regular adventure', click 'begin adventure', module covers shows 'The Gnome Hall Gate' and relevant text. Button below changes to 'Battle!'

Case 2: lvl 19 party in Riddle of the Gnome lord, click 'regular adventure', click 'begin adventure', camera pans down to party due to party not certified. Dragging the screen up to review the adventure details shows the missing sheet (as per OP).

I hope this is clear ?

Okay, now I can say that I see the same thing:
You never said anything about "dragging the screen up to review" before. But if so, then I can verify that this happens in every single module where your characters are high enough level that you get to see the inventory. Go to inventory, drag the screen up, and things are missing (as demonstrated in the image).

For me, it happens AFTER the instant when I click on 'begin adventure' and BEFORE the camera pans down, which is why I then drag the screen up and viola ! :)

    I concur with this assessment.

    Including the violas.

Ah, I see. The problem is that you shouldn't be able to drag the screen there.

Or rather, I guess you do need to be able to drag in order to see your other characters. I'll log something to fix this.
