Not in beta, but this is a great idea for a thread. It can be easy to overlook "obvious" game aspects for individuals with intimate knowledge of the game.

This big thing I would like to see clarified is the difference between Boost/Drawback card classification (visual indicator of positive/negative) and the Keep (not discarded) and Trait (must play) keywords.

I'd rather see facing have a clearer visual indicator instead of/in addition to more text regarding facing. I couldn't tell you offhand whether light or dark green indicates forward facing.

Oh, then there's this thread. Hmm.

"See what happened? Some cards deal damage and attach a terrain effect at the same time. You can Block the damage, but the terrain attachment will always go through."

"By the way: be careful if you're standing on some terrain attachment that does damage at the start of the round. Block cards won't work on those, either!"

As to facing . . . yeah, I can't help there. Lighter stuff is usually "more visible"; "darkness" is associated with "fog of war" (and therefore "you-can't-see-this") in other games; I think they're doing all they can right now.

Hrmmm I can't remember how much Gary mentions about drawing cards and the like but in the tutorial it would be nice if he mentioned how many cards you have to discard down to and that type of thing.
    So something like.
"You can pass if you don't want to play any more cards, but watch out for how many cards you still have. If we both pass we we have to discard down to only 2 cards left per character."
"Oh and the person who passes first will play first on the next round."

    maybe

He does mention passing, of that I'm sure. But then again, the concept is so important it might need enforcing :)

He does tell you about the passing first thing unless that somehow got removed

My genius plans once again ruined by a scheming penguin i feel like apple....

Yep, those will be explained better in future.

I'm certain he mentions bits and pieces about it sure, but if he says anything about discarding before the first time you do it I missed it

    Thanks

Actually something I just remembered, does anyone recall Gary mentioning what action points are?
I got up to the final battle in Highway robbery and the shaman kept giving the other goblins back their action points. It started to kind of make sense as the battle went on but I'm still not entirely sure what they are. Anyone know?

Well, Gary does explain minions but he probably doesn't mention the term 'action point' in that explanation...

Basically minions (multiple enemies that share a group) can only use one attack card per round. Once a minion figure has used its one allowed attack ( = its action point) it can only move during the rest of the round.

Is that why some models in a minion set turn gray! They've used their action point and so cannot use attack cards anymore the other minions in the group have to use that decks attacks

    Yep, that's how it works.

He does explain it but im not sure if he uses the term actionpoint
