too many rude people on this forum.. spamming and useless responses is okay but not an opinion. its obvious it needs a change when its a hard counter to almost all magic, and it sticks around.

Please allow me to suggest these methods for dealing with Resistant Hide:

Give your own wizard(s) cards with Boiling Armor, Dissolve Armor, Penetrating Zap, Perplexing Ray and/or Short Perplexing Ray.
Give your own wizard(s) attacks that do Arcane damage, like Sorcerous Bolt, Arcane Spray, Big Zap, etc.
Give your own wizard(s) cards that create Acid terrain. Resistant Hide makes you immune to the damage, but is still destroyed by the acid.
Run your warrior(s) up to the wizard with Resistant Hide and use physical attacks.
Give your priest(s) items with Wavering Faith

Card Hunter gives you many, many ways of dealing with pesky armor, and Resistant Hide is fairly poor for its grade against all damage that *isn't* fire/electric/acid/poison.

Also, remember that Resistant Hide can only appear on Robes, which means only wizards can have it, and they can't have more than two copies of it in their deck (there is not currently a Robes with 3 x Resistant Hide).

    Hope that helps!

    Let me also add
Give your own wizard(s) cold attacks
    Give your warrior(s) shredding strike

    For reference:
This is currently untrue. I placed acid underneath a Festering Zombie that had Resistant Hide so I could finish it off later; but it removed the armor, dealt damage, killed the zombie, and triggered Festering Guts just a bit earlier than I intended.

Huh. Well, I certainly trust your empirical evidence over my recollection of the order of things. And, that's just another argument that Resistant Hide isn't overpowered in its current implementation!

Well, tbh - I was wondering the same thing. Since it's only a wizard item now (and not very common), I can't really say I have much issues with it in pve - on me or on my opponent. I've won very hard games by using it, since my opponent lacked any means to remove it (but the rest of my party all died), and I have had fights where it just was taken away by jellies or acid pools. So... I think it's ok?

To tie this in with your earlier response about people being rude. It kind of helps if you actually state a case for it needs to be balanced rather than just an opinon? But yes, I agree - people have a tendency to act rashly when they don't agree with something, or they can't grasp where you're coming from. Let's avoid that part shall we? :)

thats what Im talking about? how fun is it that the monsters have no chance at all to hurt you?

It's 1 or 2 cards in a deck of maybe 40 cards? Also, most encounters have variable forms of damage - only ones where resistant hide is auto-win is when you draw it, and there's only fire, electric and acid damage. There's frost, melee, acid pools, dissolve armor, pseudopod strikes et c. Lots and lots and lots of ways for monsters to remove that one...

Its more like 30 ish cards in a deck but i still agree with you that if the mobs are made to need it they will have ways to get past or remove it.

I'm not really sure where you get the idea i respond to all your posts specifically. I'm very active on the forums so in that sense i guess i am on a quest to respond to everyones posts. I really don't think you should feel specifically targeted but when you give a swift opinion based answer with no information regarding it i naturally want more info.
